First Reservation

(For your return trip, we will pick you up from the destination location and take you to the pickup location)

We process online reservations submitted after 9pm PST on the following day by 10am PST. If you are making a same day reservation and there are less than 12 hours before your pick up time or if you are making reservation after 9pm PST and your pick up time is sooner than 12pm on the following day, please SUBMIT THE RESERVATION online and then CALL OUR OFFICE at 650.685.5421 to confirm your booking. Full balance is due at the day of pick up in cash or credit card. Credit Card payments are also accepted at our office at 650-685-5421 (9:00am-9:00pm Pacific Time). If your trip is cancelled within 24 hours of the trip date or your trip is considered a "No Show". For a "No Show", you are responsible for the full balance. The client is responsible for the full payment of any WAITING TIME OR OVERTIME charges, beyond the original agreement. WAITING TIME OR OVERTIME charges: Luxury Sedan: $55.00/hour, Toyota Prius V: $55.00/hour, SUV: $85/hour, VAN: $120/hour, 8 passengers limo: $120/hour. Waiting time of 15 minutes or less for “POINT TO POINT” & “TO AIRPORT” transportation is complimentary. Waiting time for transportation “FROM AIRPORT” allows 40 minutes for Domestic Flights and 60 minutes for international flights from actual arrival for no extra charge. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or persons they allow into a contracted vehicle. If any kind of fluid or food is spilled in the vehicle, the client will be charged a sanitation fee of $150.00. Smoking and Drugs are prohibited in any company owned vehicle. In the event of a vehicle being taken out of service or breaking down, we reserve the right to make a comparable substitution or refund all money deposited. SF Limo is not responsible for any items left in a contracted vehicle. We hope that you have a pleasant trip.
