1. I have reserved a "Curb Side" pickup. How do I locate my car?
Domestic flight:
Your car will be waiting for you at the airport Cell Phone Lot and the driver will contact you via phone or text 5 minutes after your arrival time. After collecting your luggage, you may dispatch your car by contacting the driver directly or by calling our SF Limo Office at (650)685-5421 and telling them your exact waiting location including your terminal and door numbers. For SFO Domestic flights also specify what level you are waiting on: departure level (upper level) or arrival level (lower level). After you have informed us of your exact location, please allow 5-10 minutes for our driver to show up. The car will have a sign with your name on the dashboard. Please let the driver know it is you as soon as you see the sign and enjoy your trip.      
International flight:
Your car will be waiting for you at the airport Cell Phone Lot and the driver will contact you via phone or text 5 minutes after your arrival time. For SFO International flights the designated pick up area is located on the Arrival level in front of Doors 3 and 4 at the second curb side (Limousine Stand). After you have informed us of your exact location, please allow 5-10 minutes for our driver to show up. The car will have a sign with your name on the dashboard. Please let the driver know it is you as soon as you see the sign and enjoy your trip.
2. I have reserved a "Gate meet" pick up. Where should I meet my driver?
Domestic flights:
Your driver will be waiting for you at the baggage claim area and holding a sign with your name on it.       
International flights:
Your driver will be waiting for you at the Meeting Point inside the terminal (Arrival level) and holding a sign with your name on it.   If you can't locate your chauffeur, please immediately contact our office at (650)685-5421.
3. Why is there a $5.00 discount only TO THE AIRPORT?
Airport pickups imply more waiting times
4. How can I get a PROMO CODE?
If you wish to receive special promotions, discounts and updates, please check the “Yes” box while entering your email address into the reservation form to allow SF Limo to send you this information.     If you are a new customer, you are eligible to use our "SNEWCUST" or "SENEWCUST" Promo Codes for either Luxury Sedans or SUV respectively, the only Promo Code available for immediate use. By entering "SNEWCUST" or "SENEWCUST" into the Promo Code field on the reservation form, you are letting us know that you would like to open an account with SF Limo and receive a year’s worth of discounted trips, each at 10% off unless you are booking a trip that already entails a larger discount*.   *If your trip package promises a discount of more than 10%, your New Customer discount will automatically be replaced with the discount particular to that trip.
5. What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept either cash or credit card* payments.   *We only accept Master Card, Visa & AMEX
6. When do I pay?
The full balance is due on the day of your pickup in cash or credit card. Credit card payments are also accepted at our office, ahead of your trip, at (650)685-5421 9AM-9PM Pacific Time. We do not accept payments online.
7. If I reserve a Tour package can I go overtime and how will it affect the price?
You are welcome to use a contracted vehicle for as long as you need. Your trip will be considered to be “As Directed”, meaning that you will be charged per hour for additional time. If you exceed the time bounds of your package, we will replace your package discount with our standard Hourly Reservation discount* according to your hours.   *To check our Hourly Reservation discount, please visit our Special Offers page.
8. Can I use my own child seat on the trip? Is there a fee?
You are welcome to use your own car seat free of charge. We can even keep it in our storage area* for your return trip. If you would like us to hold on to your car seat for you, please select the desired number of car seats in the reservation form and write “KEEP MY CAR SEAT” into the “additional notes” field.   *We charge an extra $10.00 per car seat per trip to be kept in our storage area.
9. For children of what age do you provide car seats?
We have car seats available for children of all ages: from the smallest rear-facing baby seats to booster seats. To book our car seats, please specify the number of seats you will need on the reservation form and write the age and weight of your child(ren) into the "additional notes" field.
10. Do you accept last minute call reservations?
Yes, we accept last minute call reservations, but they are subject for availability and extra charges*. If one of our drivers is on standby at a location that is convenient for your pickup, your last call reservation may be accepted, but we do prioritize previously made reservations over last minute calls. Account holders are exempt from extra charges.   *The use of discounts on reservations made within 2 hours of the pickup time is prohibited and a 20% fee will be added to the total trip charge of reservations made within 2 hours of the pickup time. Account holders are exempt from the 20% fee on reservations made within 2 hours of the pickup time.
11. Under what circumstances will I be charged for waiting time or overtime?
Waiting time fees are applicable only to Airport and Point-to-Point Transfers. The passenger is responsible for the payment of any waiting time or overtime charges* beyond the original agreement. We offer a complimentary 15 minutes of waiting time after which we start charging by increments of 15 minutes. Waiting time is rounded up. For example, if our driver has been waiting for you for 17 minutes, we round up to half an hour and you have to pay for the first increment of waiting time.   *Waiting time or overtime charges: Luxury Sedan: $25 for the first 15 minutes, then $15 every 15 minutes SUV: $35 for the first 15 minutes, then $25 every 15 minutes VAN: $60 for the first 15 minutes, then $30 every 15 minutes 8-Passenger Limo: $60 for the first 15 minutes, then $30 every 15 minutes
